Works as advertised, just not helpful for me

These work precisely as advertised; however, they grant the door to open sufficient that my 9 month old may get his fingers pinched in the drawer or door. And he does pinch his fingers all the time! I swopped to the magnetic style lock so that he can’t get the door open at all. Would work better perchance for older children who are less likely to slam little fingers.

Child safety lock.

I have this on the cabinets in my kitchen, on the ones that are on the bottom. They work pretty well, but after awhile my little guy figured out how to just push it down so that it opens up. I wouldn’t commend if you’re attempting to child proof from toddlers.

Keeps Cat’s out of Cupboards!

After looking at a few choices I decisive to install these to keep our cat from pulling things out of the cupboard when we’re not home. We realized we necessitated something when he got into the snack cupboard and shook a bag of sunflower seeds ALL OVER THE HOUSE, including all the bedrooms. After laughing and vaccuming it up I got these locks, installed them regarding a year ago and have had no more incidents since. Works Perfectly!
